Dream Laps — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all purchases, bookings, ride-along experiences, and participation in Dream Laps LLC experiences. By reserving or participating in any Dream Laps event, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Liability Waiver.
1. General Overview
Dream Laps LLC (“Dream Laps,” “we,” “our”) provides high-performance driving and hot-lap experiences using track-prepared supercars at select racetracks across the United States. All participants (“you”, “driver”, “rider” or “passenger”) must read, understand, and accept these Terms & Conditions as well as the Liability Waiver prior to participating.
Dream Laps may update these terms at any time.
2. Eligibility Requirements
For Drivers
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must present a valid driver’s license
• Must sign the Liability Waiver
• Must be physically and mentally fit to drive
• Must wear closed-toe shoes and a helmet
For Ride-Along / Hot Lap Participants
• Must be at least 16 years old (or older if required by specific track rules)
• A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for minors
• Must wear a helmet
• Must be physically capable of tolerating high-G movement, rapid acceleration, and braking
• Must follow all instructor and staff directions
Dream Laps may refuse participation or end a session for any participant who appears impaired, unsafe, or non-compliant. No refund will be issued.
3. Booking, Payment & Deposits
To reserve an experience:
• Full payment is required at booking
Prices include:
• Fuel
• Tires
• Coaching
• Track support
• Safety equipment (if needed)
• Video footage
Security Deposit Authorization Hold
A refundable authorization hold of $5,000 will be placed before your event for drivers only. This will not be charged unless damage occurs. Ride-along passengers are not responsible for vehicle damage.
4. Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers
Refund Schedule
• 72+ hours before event: Full refund
• 24–72 hours before event: 50% refund
• <24 hours before event: No refund
• No-show or late arrival: No refund
Transfers
Bookings may be transferred to another qualified participant if submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the event, including:
• Full name
• Age
• Address
• Phone & email
• Copy of valid driver’s license
5. Vehicle Availability & Substitution
Dream Laps reserves the right to modify bookings if a vehicle becomes unavailable due to:
• Mechanical issues
• Weather
• Operational needs
• Track regulations or safety concerns
If substitution is necessary, Dream Laps will:
• Provide a comparable vehicle, or
• Offer a reschedule within 12 months
6. Weather & Force Majeure Policy
Events proceed in:
• Dry conditions
• Light rain
• Normal weather variations
Events may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled due to:
• Severe weather
• Track closures
• Lightning
• Safety concerns
• Natural disasters
• Force majeure events (acts of God)
If Dream Laps cancels for these reasons:
• You may reschedule, or
• Receive a full refund
7. Safety Requirements & Code of Conduct
Participants must:
• Follow all instructor directions
• Follow flag rules
• Wear required safety equipment
• Remain sober and compliant
• Refrain from aggressive or unsafe behavior
Zero Tolerance
Use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing substances results in:
• Immediate removal
• Session termination
• No refund
Dream Laps may conduct sobriety or impairment checks if needed.
Electronic Devices
Use of phones or recording devices while driving is strictly prohibited.
8. Vehicle Damage Responsibility (Drivers only)
Participants are financially responsible for:
• Damage caused by negligence or reckless driving
• Damage resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance
• Damage due to misuse of vehicle systems
• Track or property damage caused
Charges may include:
• Vehicle repairs
• Parts and labor
• Loss of use
• Track costs
• Administrative fees
If damages exceed the security hold, Dream Laps may charge the full repair cost.
9. Reckless Driving, Off-Track Excursions & Abuse Surcharge (Drivers Only)
To maintain safety, protect equipment, and ensure fair use of the vehicles, the following rules apply:
Dream Laps enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for reckless or unsafe driving. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Off-track excursions into grass, gravel, dirt, or barriers
• Over-revving or mechanical over-stress (money shifts, downshifts causing over-revs, redline abuse)
• Four-off violations (leaving the track surface with all four wheels)
• Drifting, sliding, donuts, burnouts, or intentional loss of traction
• Ignoring flags or instructor directions
• Unsafe passing or failure to yield
• Aggressive behavior that jeopardizes safety
Reckless Use Surcharge
Each instance of reckless operation or off-track excursion is subject to a mandatory $1,000 surcharge, charged to the participant’s card on file or the security hold.
This surcharge is in addition to any damage charges, mechanical inspection fees, or downtime costs.
Automatic Session Termination
Dream Laps may immediately end a session without refund if:
• A driver endangers themselves, others, or the vehicle
• A driver repeatedly leaves the track
• A driver ignores instructor commands
• A driver attempts drifting, burnouts, or high-risk maneuvers
• The car shows signs of mechanical abuse
10. Media Recording & Equipment Disclaimer
Dream Laps may record video or photo content for insurance or promotional use. While best efforts are made:
• Camera failures
• Lost footage
• Corrupted files
• Memory card issues
Do not entitle participants to a refund or replacement session.
Participants may bring their own GoPro or mounted camera at their own risk.
11. Data Privacy & Use of Likeness
By participating, you grant Dream Laps permission to use your:
• Name
• Likeness
• Voice
• Photos and videos
For marketing, promotional, insurance, and archival purposes unless you opt out in writing before the event.
12. No Warranty
Dream Laps provides driving experiences “as is” with no warranties—express or implied—regarding fitness, performance, or suitability.
13. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Arbitration
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Any dispute arising from participation or this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Tennessee, as described in the Liability Waiver.
Participants waive any right to a trial by jury.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, combined with the Liability Waiver, constitute the full and complete agreement between Dream Laps and the participant, superseding any prior verbal or written statements.
No modification is valid unless in writing and signed by Dream Laps.
15. Acceptance
By completing a reservation, participating in an experience, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
